Quick Protein Peanut Butter Ice Cream- Ninja Creami Deluxe

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup full-fat coconut milk

  • 1 cup oat milk (or plant-based milk of choice)

  • 3/4 cup smooth natural peanut butter

  • 1/4 cup maple syrup or honey

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1-2 scoops protein powder (vanilla or chocolate)

  • Pinch of sea salt

Instructions:

  1. Blend: Mix all ingredients until smooth in a blender.

  2. Chill: Refrigerate the blend for 2-3 hours.

  3. Freeze: Pour into a Ninja Creami container and freeze solid (~24 hours).

  4. Churn: Use Ninja Creami's "Ice Cream" function. Re-spin if needed for creaminess.

  5. Serve: Enjoy in bowls, topped with melted peanut butter, chopped peanuts, or chocolate chips.
