Quick Protein Peanut Butter Ice Cream- Ninja Creami Deluxe

Ingredients:
1 cup full-fat coconut milk
1 cup oat milk (or plant-based milk of choice)
3/4 cup smooth natural peanut butter
1/4 cup maple syrup or honey
1 tsp vanilla extract
1-2 scoops protein powder (vanilla or chocolate)
Pinch of sea salt
Instructions:
Blend: Mix all ingredients until smooth in a blender.
Chill: Refrigerate the blend for 2-3 hours.
Freeze: Pour into a Ninja Creami container and freeze solid (~24 hours).
Churn: Use Ninja Creami's "Ice Cream" function. Re-spin if needed for creaminess.
Serve: Enjoy in bowls, topped with melted peanut butter, chopped peanuts, or chocolate chips.
