Raspberry Cream Gelato (Ninja Creami Deluxe)

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups fresh raspberries

  • 1 cup coconut cream, chilled

  • 1/2 cup agave syrup or honey

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 tbsp agar-agar powder (for vegan) or gelatin

Instructions:

  1. Puree: Blend raspberries, coconut cream, agave/honey, and vanilla until smooth.

  2. Gelatin/Agar: Dissolve agar-agar or gelatin in 3 tbsp hot water, then mix into raspberry puree.

  3. Chill: Refrigerate mixture for 2 hours.

  4. Freeze: Pour into Ninja Creami pint container and freeze solid (~24 hours).

  5. Creami Process: Use "Ice Cream" setting on Ninja Creami. Re-spin if needed.

  6. Serve: Scoop and garnish with fresh raspberries. Enjoy your creamy raspberry delight!
