Ingredients:


4 cups water

1.5 cups quinoa, rinsed

0.5 cup hemp hearts

1 cup protein powder (your choice of flavor)

1 cup water (for blending with protein powder)

1 tbsp cinnamon


Instructions:


Prep: Start by rinsing your quinoa under cold water to remove its natural coating, ensuring a clean, nutty flavor.


Combine: In your Instant Pot, mix the rinsed quinoa, hemp hearts, and 4 cups of water. Stir gently to combine.


Cook: Secure the lid on your Instant Pot and set it to 'Manual' mode for 4 minutes. Make sure the vent is in the 'Sealing' position.


Protein Mix: While the quinoa cooks, blend 1 cup of protein powder with 1 cup of water until smooth. This will be your creamy protein addition.


Natural Release: Once the cooking cycle is complete, allow the Instant Pot to release pressure naturally. This will ensure your quinoa oatmeal is perfectly fluffy.


Final Touches: Carefully open the lid after the pressure has fully released, and stir in your protein mixture and cinnamon. Mix well until everything is beautifully combined and the oatmeal has a creamy consistency.


Serve: Spoon your quinoa oatmeal into bowls, and if you like, top with fresh fruits, nuts, milk of choice, or a drizzle of honey for added sweetness.
